Part of InterContinental Hotels Group’s extended stay brand and managed by Cycas Hospitality, the property also won Best Use of Technology at the event.
Winners of each category are automatically entered into the Hotel of the Year category and Staybridge Suites London – Vauxhall was unanimously selected by the judging panel “who were impressed by the team’s innovative approach to enhancing the guest experience”.
Giovanni Valentini, general manager for Cycas Hospitality, who was also the runner up in the Hotelier of the Year category, said: “To be crowned Hotel of the Year for all of Europe against such an impressive and competitive line up is a real honour for us.
